Dear Ken and all,
More trivia.
It is generally accepted that the first musical use of the words "Rock and Roll" were for the title of the Richard A. Whiting - Sidney Clare song featured by the Boswell Sisters in the 1934 film "Trans Atlantic Merry Go Round" and recorded by them for Brunswick on 4 October 1934.
Kind regards,
Bill.
