[Dixielandjazz] Variant names and titles: library techniques

The tune that I had most trouble with, as far as variant spelling goes, was: 
issued as "Monday Date". It's also been issued as "My Monday Date", "Our 
Monday Date", and "A Monday Date". The last three were all recorded by Louis 
Armstrong.

The other bête noir is medleys, although the titles recorded are usually 
straightforward - it's just the work involved in listing one record under 
several different titles.
