[Dixielandjazz] New Orleans Function

Tonight New Orleans Function was featured on our C  channel on the
radio.  The trumpeter Eli Prminger, age 31 (the G being pronounced, in
Hebrew, like in sting), to a question wny New Orleans, explained that
he and Arnon de Bouton, the trombonist, liked the music and wanted to
play it like in the old times.  Does that sound familiar to you?  It
should ring a bell, at least with those old enough to have been there
when Lu Watters and his cohorts set out to revive New Orleans jazz.
And kudos to Ms. Nava Pasternak,the editor of the programme.
