One cup of hot tea with breakfast each morning.  A half-gallon jar of sun
tea usually
is good for two days.  Haven't had coffee in about 15 years.......was a
10-12 cup a
day man back then, constantly "wired" on the stuff., then went cold turkey
as I did with
cigarettes 23 years ago.. We will refrain from the subject of sex as this is
a "family
discussion group"
