I can help...

The Ragtime Banjo Commission was affiliated with the Queen City Jazz
Band from Denver. The leader was Maurie Walker (tenor banjo), and I
believe Jim Tracy (plectrum) was also a member. Not sure who else
played the day in question, but it could have included Hank Troy on
piano possibly Dennis Condrae on banjo.
