I will ask a simple question, and no it's not for me.  I gave my son an iPod for his birthday, and without a technologically brilliant person to guide him, he's a little bereft.

I'm always hearing people say they "put [things] on their iPod", from downloads to CDs to whatever.  My son is of the opinion that he can only download .wma's to it.  I firmly believe that is not so.

Any (simple) answers?
