thanks for taking the trouble of locating the LP and it's good news that it is in pristine condition.

Yes, please, I still want it, even though I only wanted the two tracks featuring Teresa Brewer on it. You did mention that you could convert it if you found it. Did that only apply if it was a cassette and not a vilyl LP? If you can convert just those two tracks to mp3, I would be a happy man.
