Hi Pat et al,

Pat wrote: "I have a booklet issued to the American Forces when they were posted to the UK (or England as it was then)." Correct me if I'm wrong, Pat, but I thought our lot had been saddled with your lot (and vice versa) since 1707. Or have I missed an American invasion of England before 1707?
