Add:

Nadine Jansen, piano and trumpet, sometimes both at once and quite well.
Began playing jazz in high school in Sacramento, then played local clubs
and San Francisco Bay Area clubs. She moved to Arizona and played in
clubs in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area until shortly before she passed
away. An awesome musician.

Nadine had guested on Marion McPartland's Piano Jazz radio show, and had
several LP's and cassettes. She's included in
Stormy Weather: The Music and Lives of a Century of Jazz Women

- Paperback (Aug. 1, 1989) by Linda Dahl, available from Amazon for
$2.99 plus shipping.

Anyone searching for her info on the Internet should be sure to include
"piano" in addition to "nadine jansen". If you don't add piano you'll
get tons of hits about a busty model of the same name, who may have
talents but not the same ones we discuss on DJML.
