I will be soloing with the Navy Commodores on Thursday evening at McCormack Place in Chicago for the Midwest Band and Orchestra Clinic.  I'm really looking forward to working with them again!
If you don't know about the Midwest Clinic, you should.  It is one of the two biggest music education conventions in the world.  (The other being Texas Music Educators Convention in San Antonio every February.)
People come from all over the world to this convention in Chicago - even at this horrible time of year, to be there.  Lots of jazz as well as concert bands and orchestras and many, many workshops for four full days.
