It's been a long time, even if I bought it sometime in the 1970's, so
I don't remember, but probably Banjo At The Gaslight Club" Marty Grosz
And His Gaslighters.  The title looks familiar.  And yes, I remember
the Kaminsky-Cutshall lineup.  I di not know Frank Chase then; he has
since become a great favourite of mine.
