Gerald Beiderman accused John Petters of joking ( not the sort of 
tasteless thing that JP would do anyway!)

Something weird happens with email...... John's email (or possibly 
"Dingo's") was the first to make the announcement a week ago..... I just 
got a 2nd copy too.

The oddest delay was when the UK Jazz Guide emailed to ask why I was 
sending June dates in December..... my email was dated May!
