Dear John,
A dear mate here, clarinettist Barry Wrattan, has unwittingly raised an interesting question.
What was Monty Sunshine's first name?
Or is Monty the full name or just a family name? 
Even my, always accurate, mate John Chilton refers to him simply as Monty.
Just curious.
I hope you are surviving the snow and sleet.
