Interestingly, "Saloon" does show in the Harry Fox lists, as controlled by Warner.  That's scary, if they think they have control over a 1921 tune.  Yes, they likely hold rights to the Morath recordings, maybe Dorothy Loudon, but the Smugtown Stompers?  Nowhere on the HFA listing does is say it's a PD work.  That's frustrating and irresponsible.
