[Dixielandjazz] "Fascinating New Orleans as seen on Tour" misses the boat. (slightly OT, I guess.)

Hi all,

My wife was digging through a box of souvenirs and found a 1975  
tourist booklet about the "delights" of New Orleans. Although it does  
mention Bourbon Street and Mardi Gras a few times, two words are  
totally absent from the 25 pages of text and photos.

Care to guess?
