I'll have a listen through the links you sent. 
I appreciate and respect your opinion but I asked about the
Goodman/Teagarden Ain't Cha Glad because to my ear it has a marching
resoluteness to it that might well have been just the ticket in getting
folks through 1933-34 but none of the charm of the way Waller sings similar
tunes like When Somebody Thinks You're Wonderful or Teagarden sings things
like 100 Years From Today. Anyway, maybe one of the links you've sent will
change my perspective,

Dear Ric,
Based on the recorded performances pairing Fats Waller with Benny Goodman
and Jack Teagarden, they would all have had a ball with "Ain't Cha Glad".
