It was never recorded (or broadcast to my knowledge) by Fats Waller.
You have successfully located all the initial recordings of this great 1933 Andy Razaf song for which Fats Waller contributed the music.
•Isham Jones (28 August 1933)
•Horace Henderson - not Fletcher, but using members of his brother's orch. (3 Oct 1933) 
•Benny Goodman - the one with JT we all cut our teeth on. (18 Oct 1933)
•Chick Bullock - with Goodman in the group (30 Oct 1933)
•Bill Dodge - a Goodman orch pseudonym. Radio transcription. (Feb/March 1934)
•Hal Kemp - radio broadcast. (mid 1934)
Then nothing until 1946 (Monte Easter), 1951 (Ralph Sutton) and 1957 (Bob Scobey).....etc.....
