The Dutch Pall Mall Jazz Band started under a different name: Central City 
All Stars (because the band members lived in the centre of the Netherlands, 
around Utrecht).
The band doesn't exist these days. The trumpeters name , Jean François, was 
a pseudonym.
The tracks mentioned are/were also available on a Canadian CD (CLUC-CD96) 
and again some titles got different names. The last 7 tracks on this cd are 
by the French Irakli Jazz Band from 1973.
