[Dixielandjazz] Buck Clayton

The day I was mustered out of the army I receved a huge
amount of money, for me. I went to the px to cash the check
and bought a few Lps. I remember buyin a box set of
"The Kenton Era", "Jazz Spectacular" CL 808 and a few
others. The Columbia Lp featured Frankie Laine + Buck
Clayton and his orchestra featuring JJ Johnson and
Kai Winding. A few months later I was working with Buck
in Brooklyn at a club called the Midwood Terrace on
Flatbush Avenue.
I don't remeber the music from the recording but I think I'll
dig it out and give it a listen.
