[Dixielandjazz] Joe Avery's Piece (was Panama ... Gut Bucket Ending)

David M Richoux tubaman at tubatoast.com
Thu Oct 8 22:55:47 PDT 2009

The way I heard it, the piece was dedicated to New Orleans Brass Band
leader Joe Avery, sometime around 1900. A full search of the DJML
archives should turn something up - I have lost big parts of my
personal archived DJML postings in a recent crash. Don't know who
actually wrote it.
