Some people have politely pointed out to me that there might be 
listers who are not familiair with the Dutch language and especially
the pronunciation of certain words (like 'Cees' or 'trompet'). 
Formerly having been a teacher of our language he is probably 
LOTF (if that is possible where he is now :-)) hearing all the 
mispronunciations of his name...

So here goes:

'Cees' rhymes with 'case', but the first character must be an 's'.

I cannot begin to explain how to pronounce his last name....
