Greetings, Jazz Fans! It's the October issue of the very infrequent yet satisfyingly
informative New Creole Jazz Band email newsletter! (Removal instructions at bottom
of message)

* Five Months and Counting -
Crowds have been great and we so appreciate your support. But there's still a
free table or two and we'd love to see you fill it. Come on out to San Francisco
Oven this Sunday for the good food and fun!

* Good Tunes -
This past month we've added some tunes to the book like "Everything is Peaches
Down in Georgia", "Coney Island Washboard", and "Davenport Blues". We've also
played some old standards like "Georgia on My Mind", "Way Down Yonder in New
Olreans", "I'm Confessin'", and "Sweet Georgia Brown". Come out Sunday and request
your favorites.

* Good Players -
We've had some great musicians sit in with the band lately like Steve Mann on
vocals, Mike Gentry on plectrum banjo, Jerry Haden on vocals, and Brandon Henson
on bass.

* Good Food -
Have you tried the California Turkey Croissant, the Roasted Chicken Caesar Wrap,
or the Columbus Avenue Calzone? Well, get with it! Don't forget the cheesecake.

* See You Sunday -
We hope you'll spend part of this weekend with the New Creole Jazz Band listening
to New Orleans style jazz.
Every Sunday, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
San Francisco Oven in Springfield, Missouri
1110 E. Republic Road, just west of National on the south side of the street

Please pass this email on to everyone you know in the Springfield area. Thanks
for supporting live, New Orleans jazz and the New Creole Jazz Band.
