[Dixielandjazz] Free upgraded "Panama" lead sheet

Hi Scott. I just listened--I have that Mosaic set, but never got around to
cataloging it. Actually it's Jimmy Dorsey. Some hot stuff on that disk.

"Panama" omits B & C, D-ending are all in Eb.
