[Dixielandjazz] Where to buy a tenor banjo in NYC?

Shalom Jazz Fans,

I've got a young Israeli banjo student who is coming to NYC for a visit, and
might be looking to buy her first tenor banjo. Can anyone suggest a good
source where she might find a decent and not too expensive one (say, under
$500). Buying online and shipping to her in NYC is a possibility if we can
be assured of the quality of the instrument.
