Bill has done the hard work -- Pretty Little Gypsy on the same 1963 set also features the Mulligan clarinet, but I suspected this Gary McFarland arrangement would be too alien to the Bill Haesler aesthetic.  I make no pretence to scholarship here, the Mulligan was passed on to me a couple of weeks ago, and I noticed the clarinet reference. 
Gerry as I recall reminisced once about having been a big band sideman who'd really wanted to become a full-time arranger and stop having to travel all over the place playing alto. Or tenor, on which he's listed in a 1948 Claude Thornhill line-up. 
The baritone seems to have been almost an accident, as it turned out to be for Joe Temperley.
