[Dixielandjazz] 8 year old clarinettist

My eight year old granddaughter Phoebe has just passed her first grade
clarinet exam with 92.5%
As this shows some promise I'd like to see if she can learn George Lewis'
Burgundy Street Blues.
Can any kind read supply me on-line with the notation of the melody line and
chords?
If so she can hopefully read it and I can chord my Hammond behind her - if
my arthritic fingers will permit.
