You're the most familiar with the books, so all I can check is the 4-CD 
Good Time Jazz booklet, but I think it's not there.  Before I received 
my original, I swear I'd seen it many times before, but I can't tell you 
where.

ANYONE who would like a scan of the relevant section of the piece, just 
let me know.  (Bill: I'll send you one after I get back from my 
much-anticipated dinner. 7:45 pm here in Upright Land!)
