As Ginny said, to "add to the confusion" here's what I have:

8 bar intro Vamp in Cm
16 Bar A section in Cm
8 Bar B section in Fm
16 Bar C section in C

Bars 13 & 14 in the A section are: / Fm - (Fm-R) / Cm - (Cm-R )/

Bars 13 & 14 in the C Section are / C - C7 / F - Fm /

To decode:

A section bar 13 is   Fm  - (Fm-R), The Fm is the first 2 beats, and  
(Fm - R) is Fm on beat 3 and a Rest on Beat 4. Etc for bar 14.

The C section is simply one chord on the first 2 beats and one on  
beats 3 and 4.
