I asked why I don't have a particular song in the Firehouse Jazz Band fake
book, and Ric has it.  Ric wrote back saying:

pages are missing from the different copies that are floating around?
 
And, Janie, then wrote to me saying:

Well, that probably solves the mystery!  As the books were an on-going work,
there will be added tunes at the end of the book for some, possibly.  My
book, which is in C, Janie, ends at number 416 (Dear Old Southland).
