Thanks to all of you generous folks who sent me copies of the lead sheets -- got it in G, where I first played "San", and in F, which is easier on the brass and reeds. 

Sheik let me know that I had the lead sheet all along, in my copy of his fake book, vol. 1, because he searched his database and found that I had ordered it.
