When a person adds a 100% block spam filter, your message will not get  
through unless you are on the approved sender list.

In this case, a post by you to the DJML went to Dave Gannett's address  
automatically. He probably gets the DJML in individual message form.  
It was rejected by the spam filter. So the filter sent you a return  
message asking you to ID your address via the code, which would then  
add you to his "approved" list and future messages would then be sent  
to his in box.
