Thad asked what moderate means.  In my last post, I feel that I might not 
have explained myself.

If a mailing list, such as DJML, is moderated, it means that every message 
posted to the list has to be approved by the moderator before it gets 
released to the list members.

As a rule, we do not do this on DJML.  And as I said, it usually works very 
well.
