Don't forget that it was usual for Condon to invite a whole gang of friends
into the studios.
Remember on the Coast to Coast session when he suddenly announces the
arrival of Johnny Mercer?
I have a feeling that he liked to create a club atmosphere in the studios
and there was also of course also a liberal application of social liquids.
