[Dixielandjazz] Louis Bellson

Sad News, as John Petters reported. Bellson had broken a hip, and had  
just returned home from the hospital. He was expected to recover fully  
and was on a strict regimen of exercise etc. His death was completely  
unexpected. The below is from Bellson's website:

We regret to announce the unexpected passing of Louie Bellson on Feb  
14, 2009.
Tenative plans are for an L.A. area funeral, followed by funeral and  
burial in Moline, Illinois, his boyhood home. Details forthcoming.
