You can also do a search on some French singers too.  Charles Trenet, 
Edith Piaf and Jacques Brel come quick to mind.  Plus, Madeleine Peyroux 
has done some covers of Piaf tunes. (Did I ever mention I played with 
her in Paris before she hit it big?)
