Satchmo: A Musical Autobiography also came out as a 3-CD set on Verve 543 822-2 a few years back, with additional material not on the original 1957 LPs. The accompanying booklet contains full personnel/dates info as well as the original liner notes plus an essay from July 2000 by Joshua Berrett. Well worth chasing up.
