[Dixielandjazz] Cardboard or Jewell Box CDs?

Bob Ringwald asked which type package was preferred by both bands and  
customers.

Bob:

I'd go with the current packaging that most CD producers adhere to.  
What do the record stores sell? How does Mosaic package them? How does  
Sony package them? Etc.

Then I'd choose that particular format.
