[Dixielandjazz] CD Jewel Box or Cardboard cover?

The main reason for the new cardboard packaging is that cardboard sleeves 
are much more environmentally friendly than plastic. They are also lighter 
in weight for mailing. Their drawback is what has already been mentioned - 
the spines are hard to read in a shelf-full of CDs.
