[Dixielandjazz] CD Jewel Box or Cardboard cover?

I plan to re-issue a CD which I made in the 80s.

In the past I have produce CDs packaged in jewel cases with a 4-page booklet.

I have had a suggestion to package in a cardboard sleeve with enough cardboard for liner notes. Kind of like the old LPs were packaged in except with a cardboard page or fold out to hold liner notes etc.

My question is:

1. For people producing CDs, which seem to sell best?

2. For non-musicians who are purchasing CDs, which do you prefer?
