[Dixielandjazz] The passing of Mike Starr

That is truly sad news, Scott is not exaggerating when he says Mike
was one of the really nice guys in the music business, and his
description of Mike's playing is perfect too.  Not to mention he
usually had a new (or old) joke to share every time you saw him on a
gig.  I will miss him.
