When you see their website http://www.jazzsongbook.com/ check the examples
they present: "Fascinating Rhythm", which is a copy of #77 of Anderson's
'verse&chorus' and "Ice Cream", which is #1237 of the "regular"
'Anderson's'.
And they charge so much money for that! The insolence!
