[Dixielandjazz] Leprosy lyrics

Hi,

I was surfing the net looking for the lyrics to a song "Leprosy" that I heard as a little girl.  I can only remember a couple of lines.  One goes something like, "Kiss me quick, there's goes my upper lip." 

I came across your list of pun songs and was wondering if you have the complete lyrics to that song.
