[Dixielandjazz] July in New Orleans?

Hi listmates,
 
I'm going to be spending most of the summer up north, and would like to  rent 
out my furnished apartment to a fellow jazz lover.  I realize that New  
Orleans in the summer isn't to everyone's liking, but there's still some good  
music (and the Tulane jazz archive).  Oh, I have central A/C too!   Contact me off
