[Dixielandjazz] Help wth Lyrics to "By the Sea"

Back in  1967-1968 my high school pep band did "By The Sea" (don't  
know why, not typical of our normal set, but it was a fun song and we  
actually did a band vocal.) I think we had a Hal Leonard chart for it  
and the lyrics were "You and me, You and me" not "You and I, You and  
I" - I just did a web search on both versions and got multiple hits.

  "You and Me" scans a lot better, but the 1914 version has "You and I"
