If you recall, Bob, I mentioned a couple years ago I have a very nice copy I'd intended before now (mea culpa!) to clean up for posterity.  If you can get aholta Mr Ball, let him know I'll be on this long-forgotten project before too many more days elapse!  (Of course, you may want to give him an original LP, but mine will be a remastered CD.  Your call!)
