Dear friends,
My mate Phil O'Rourke provided the answer, but did not tell you that 
last month, finally, the English Jasmine label reissued these tracks 
along with 32 others as a 2-CD set.
The 'others' are from 1949 (Kappa) and 1949-51 (Capitol).
A bargain too at US$20.00. It is in stock at Worlds Records and my copy 
is crossing the Pacific as I write.
