I seem to recall that on a Jerry Jerome set on ARBORS, as well as new recordings and things recorded with Charlie Christian, there are various of the advertising jingles Mr. Jerome devised, with among other things Henry 'Red' Allen doing a Big Joe Turner sort of Blues Shouter thing, and loving it quite independently of being paid for it. If I had the money to own a copy of Tom Lord's discography I would look these things up. I would even have a copy of the CD.
The best ones in slightly more recent years, till his death at the age of not quite 969, were Slim Gaillard's on British television. Amicable Insurance had him asking "are YOU an amicable man?" and there was some really impressive singing.

Jerry and Slim were amicable men!
