[Dixielandjazz] N.O. Jazz &Hereitage Festival

I started going in 1980 and went almost every year. It can get  
crowded on some days, but there are ways to avoid the huge crowds and  
enjoy the lesser known acts. The food and crafts (and other non-music  
events) are so much better than most music festivals - almost an  
equal draw for my attention!  I have not been to New Orleans since  
Katrina - I still don't know how I will react to the changes to that  
city...

Anybody know what the "Tuba Woodshed" is? Google only turns up links  
to the 2008 Jazzfest event listing.
