Hi Bill,
By all means continue this wonderfully educational series of emails
you have been sending to the DJML. I have been forwarding every one
of them to my son who is a singer/songwriter. They have relevance to
any type of performer, with or without a band.
I'm sure that many on the DJML are reading every word most
appreciatively. I don't know why you have not had any return comments.
You know me from myspace as reallyoldrecords.com. I sent a rather
lengthy post to DJML a week or two ago when you first began talking
about myspace. I included links to many OKOM and MKOM performers
that have their music on their myspace pages. I hope some list
members tried some of the links and enjoyed the music they heard, but
I saw not a single comment on the list in response to my post.
Neither of us are posting to receive kudos in return, but instead are
posting to share experiences that we think other list members might
enjoy or benefit from.
So please, by all means keep on sending your very helpful posts to
the list, in addition to making that great music.
Best,
Roger Wade
