[Dixielandjazz] Vickery's bifocals

I had a similar problem, i solved it more cheaply by saving an OLD pair of
glasses that i had BEFORE I went to bifocals and using them for gigs at
which I had to read charts. I left them in the glove box of my van so they'd
always be there.
